Steps and procedures for requesting maintenance:

  2. Your request will be dealt with by the maintenance team and the appropriate action will be taken after communicating with the customer with one of the following options:


  1. Send the product by express mail to the maintenance center in Riyadh, and the customer bears the cost of shipping back and forth.
  2. If there is an authorized Illichi maintenance center, the customer will be sent to it.
  3. In the event that there is no approved maintenance center, the customer will undertake the repair outside Illichi and the approved centers and bring the repair invoice, and the customer will be charged directly for it if the repair is under warranty.
