Steps and procedures for requesting maintenance:
- Send an email from the customer to info@eliteshe.com with the need to explain the malfunction, a photo of the malfunction, and attach the purchase invoice in case the repair is on warranty.
- Your request will be handled by the maintenance team and start taking the appropriate action after communicating with the customer with one of the following options:
- Send the product by express mail to the maintenance center in Riyadh and the customer bears the cost of shipping back and forth.
- If there is a service center authorized by Ilici, the customer will be sent to it.
- In the absence of an authorized maintenance center, the customer is instructed to repair outside Eliche and authorized centers and bring the repair invoice and the customer is charged directly for it if the repair is on the warranty.
