Our products are made to the highest quality according to the standards of wooden watches, however your watch is covered by a limited warranty plan against any manufacturing defects, this includes the watch mechanism, indices, dial and clock hands.

Warranty for ELITESHE watches is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. At the end of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service tax.

Other accessories and parts not mentioned above are not covered under this warranty. If the product is returned within the warranty period, ELITESHE will repair and replace any defective watch or part at no additional expense, within an acceptable period of time after the product has been returned. However, the customer may bear the costs of shipping the product.

ELITESHE will not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this Limited Warranty, if your Watch was not purchased from our Official Website, you must ensure that your Watch was purchased from an authorized retailer, and that the Warranty Card has been appropriately filled out. ELITESHE apologizes for any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

The Eliteshe guarantee does not cover:

Defects and damages resulting from loss, theft, exposure to fire and water, or natural disasters.

Failure or damage caused by misuse and neglect including but not limited to (knocks, exposure to water beyond the capacity of the watch, scratches, shattering or breaking of the crystal/glass, accidents..etc.).

Malfunction or damage caused by unjustified repair or modification.

Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to wear and tear due to normal wear and the passage of time (eg minor scratches on the watch case or crystal, damage to the watch band, peeling paint, etc.)

Battery, Watch Band, Crown Button, Crystal/Glass.

Watches whose serial number is lost, erased, altered, forged, replaced, mutilated, or which has become unclear.
