Replacement policy:

2- In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer must pay the shipping value if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and product delivery To the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated




The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:



1- If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, or it was customized with engravings or writing specific to the customer, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.




2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession by the consumer.




Return policy:



1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and the regular guarantee, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product.




2- To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.




3- The consumer shall bear the costs incurred in the return process, for example but not limited to (gate fees such as Tabi and Tamara imposed on the store, shipping fees to and from the store). In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, it will be Compensating the consumer, and the amount will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 21 days from the date of receiving the returned product.




The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
